Megan Brunken strives to be not just a legal advisor, but a trusted coach & partner helping clients achieve their goals. In addition to her legal degree, Megan has a B.S. and Masters in accounting and experience in accounting and tax preparation. She began her career in government service, successfully representing the Nebraska Department of Revenue in multi-million-dollar litigation in areas such as corporate income tax and sales tax. She now represents businesses and non-profits, from formation to management to tax planning & representation, while keeping them in compliance with complex oversight on the federal and state levels.

Megan also works with individuals, including small business owners, to provide tax preparation, tax planning, and estate planning services, as well as representation in IRS/state reviews and audits.
